NON FLYING BOREDOM REPORT

Its been windy here, every day. The vicious cycle continues. Wind in morning, wind at evening, calm at night. If we could just fly at 11-6 am we would be getting tons of airtime. But this is frowned upon and we are good boys and girls! So, when pilots get grounded for too long they start doing strange things....

BURNING MAN 2008 FLIGHT REPORT

Burning man went off this year, with a sold out crowd of 50,000! Art, community, dust, alcohol. Met a french ppg pilot there maned Lionel who had the misfortune of being in the LZ just in time to catch me landing naked.

Strangely, he seemed surprised! The thermals over the dry lakebed were not strong, and the air was quite pleasant despite my assumption that it would be scary booming desert conditions by 8 am each day. It was sweet!

When not flying we wandered around looking like a camel.
